Casa Milagro and Red Hills Flat together are Villa Milagro Dundee

Casa Milagro is the main house, a 2,243 sq. ft. single-level home. You’ll be amazed by the open floor plan with gorgeous views of the Willamette Valley. You’ll instantly decompress, ready for your vacation recharge. On a clear day, you’ll see Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson. Recently remodeled with all-new furnishings and tasteful appointments. Enjoy entertaining family and friends in the large fully stocked kitchen, with breakfast bar for 5 and dining room for 8. Walking distance to restaurants, wineries, and shopping.

Red Hills Flat is the lower level flat, a one bedroom / one bath 782 sq. ft. gem with brand-new construction and furnishings. 

The Space

As you enter the home, the open floor plan is ready for entertainment or catching up on work, with a reading/TV room where guests can log in to their own streaming accounts and office space fully equipped with desk/chair, printer, and monitor. It has a Bose Sound system connected to the TV for streaming. 

The family room has a generous seating area and a view of Willamette Valley. You might even catch a glimpse of a family of deer prancing around.

The full kitchen has all new appliances (KitchenAid mixer, air fryer, slow cooker) and is fully stocked with pans/pots and two knife sets. Don’t worry about bringing olive oil, spices, coffee (regular and decaf), or teas. The coffee bar has several coffee makers (regular, French press, and a Nespresso Espresso machine) and a tea kettle.

The kitchen has breakfast bar seating for 5 while you cook and enjoy your time together.

The formal dining room seats 8, with tableware for every occasion, formal and informal, indoor and outdoor.

Prepare those well-earned cocktails at the end of the day in the living room’s swanky bar, which has a generous assortment of glassware. Or move outdoors to the covered patio to grill and enjoy your meal overlooking the incredible views that include Mt. Hood and Mt. Jefferson. Enjoy your coffee and the incredible sunrise over the valley on the eastern exposure patio.   

In the evening, the quiet and comfort of the wine varietal inspired bedrooms will prepare you for the next day’s adventures!

Sleeping arrangements: 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths

The Pinot Noir themed primary bedroom has a king bed with pillow-top mattress (medium firm), TV for guests to log in to their own streaming accounts, a seating/reading area with a lamp for enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or you can directly access the covered deck with full morning sun.

The completely remodeled en suite primary bath has high-end touches for your comfort, including rain shower, double vanity, floating trough sink, and pull-out board drawer for extra counter space. The ample walk-in closet has two luggage racks and hangers. 

In the next guest bedroom, a queen memory foam mattress in a sleigh-style bed immerses you in the soft, delicate and sophisticated notes of the Rosé varietal. The ample walk-in closet has two luggage racks and hangers. 

In the Chardonnay-themed guest bedroom, the European style is minimalist yet comfortable and crisp: a platform bed with an Eco Comfort queen mattress and a walk-in closet with two luggage racks and hangers. 

The guest bathroom is a full bath with an oversized shower, double vanity, and plenty of lighting.

The downstairs Red Hills Flat has swanky décor, a well-stocked kitchenette, and spacious living room and dining area. A large covered deck perfect for sipping a glass of wine overlooks the yard and Willamette Valley. This flat will accommodate 3-4. Independent keyless entry and convenient parking. You can only access this space from the outside. Has a separate entrance for up to four guests. 

One bedroom / one bath with pull-out sofa bed. The double sofa bed is most comfortable with one person (cozy with two). 

In the kitchenette, you’ll find plenty of glassware and tableware, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The flat has a electric  plate burner (no stove) for cooking a simple meal. Or you may prefer to use the convection microwave or the BBQ on the covered deck. We provide coffee, tea, and spices.

Retreat to lounge chairs, cozy outdoor blankets, pub table, and director’s chairs on the oversize covered deck, where you’ll relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views of the yard and valley.

Convenient parking. This area can only be accessed through the outside entrance.

We love this Red Hills Flat as it has all the comforts of a standalone space. Together with Casa Milagro, Villa Milagro is ideal for a large party, for a couple who likes their own space, or for in-laws who love to vacation together but like their quiet time, too.

All around, the views are amazing from inside and outside of the home. We are in love with the space, and hope you enjoy it too.

From Portland International Airport (PDX): Take 1-5 South and take Exit 294 for Pacific Hwy W, which is south of Portland. Continue straight on OR-99 to Dundee, OR.

Coming from the South: Take I-5 North to Exit 263 toward Brooks/Gervais, and turn left on

Brooklake Rd NE. Follow OR-18 to Dundee, OR.

We want you to enjoy your time at the property. We have great relationships with our neighbors and want to keep this property free of any disturbances and keep noise at a reasonable level.

Kindly note that quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am. If a disturbance is reported, we will regretfully ask you to leave with no refund. Please enjoy! We want you to make great memories and come back to visit us again and again. 

The two properties may be rented to two separate parties with separate, independent entrances and separately equipped outdoor amenities.
