The swanky décor, well-stocked kitchenette, and spacious living room and dining area highlight this space. A large covered deck perfect for sipping a glass of wine overlooks the yard and Willamette Valley. This flat will accommodate 3, maybe 4 cozy. Independent keyless entry and convenient parking.
One ample bedroom with a queen sleigh bed, a pillow-top mattress, and a gorgeous view from your bedroom window. The large closet has 2 luggage racks and hangers.
The double sofa bed can accommodate 2. The sofa bed is most comfortable with one person (cozy with two).
In the kitchenette, you’ll find plenty of glassware and tableware, hot water kettle, coffee maker, and cooking utensils. The flat has a portable warming plate burner (no stove) for cooking a simple meal. Or you may prefer to use the convection microwave or the BBQ on the covered deck. We provide coffee, tea, and spices.
Retreat to lounge chairs, cozy outdoor blankets, pub table, and director’s chairs on the oversize covered deck, where you’ll relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the views of the yard and valley.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
While we give you privacy, we do have a local manager and are also available by email, text, app or phone any time. Please note, the property may be rented to two separate parties. Separate and independent entrances and spaces fully equipped with outdoor amenities.About the Owner
We loved having an independent 1 bedroom space for a quick getaway as a couple. The in-laws adore this space when they visit as it gives them the early morning of quiet and enjoying their coffee, and the early nights to retire to their own space. It made sense to offer the space to others who want to enjoy the wine experience of comfort, quiet and cleanliness without being in a hotel.Location
